Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what an order needs:

• Your name — so we know whose order it is.
• Contact details — a phone number and/or email so we can send order updates.
• Delivery address — only when you choose delivery, so we can bring your order to you and check it's within range.
• Order details — the items, modifiers, and any notes you add.

We do not ask for more than this, and we never sell your personal information.

Payments

When card payments are enabled, they are handled by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We only see limited details (for example, the last four digits and a confirmation that a payment succeeded).

Service providers we use

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers who help us run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure storage of orders and account data.
• Maps / geocoding — to turn a delivery address into a distance so we can confirm you're within our delivery range and calculate the fee.

These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and recent orders so the app works smoothly between visits. These are essential to the service and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear them at any time from your browser's settings.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request a copy of that information (data export).
• Request that we delete your information.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of your information — we do not sell or share it for advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
