Handmade by makers who can code

PSJ DoughDrop started with three computer science friends from college: Pablo Valdes, Santiago Morales, and Jaed Pizarro. Pablo was the instigator — the one who, somewhere around the third energy drink of a late-night study session, decided the group needed something better than vending-machine snacks.

So they baked. What began as a way to survive finals turned into a full-on obsession: testing batters between problem sets, arguing over glaze ratios the way they argued over code reviews, and handing out warm donuts to anyone still in the lab at 2 a.m.

Today that same crew makes every batch by hand. We're engineers at heart, so we sweat the details — but the donuts are handmade by makers who can code, not churned out by a machine. The name says the rest: DoughDrop means freshly dropped, made the same day, and brought straight to you.
